Your job as Strategic Product Manager Segment Lighting

As a Strategic Product Manager in the Lighting segment, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies for our Lighting ICs. You will also coordinate the collaboration between different departments such as design, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product launches. In addition you will monitor the performance of the products in the market and adjust the strategy as necessary to maximize business success.

You´re interested in

  • Acting as an interface between customers/markets and R&D as well as other specialist departments with the aim of introducing the right products in the future portfolio
  • Product life cycle management of the existing portfolio
  • Conception of the strategic market orientation of the product group
  • Development of new business and application opportunities, including the corresponding business plans
  • Supporting the Director Segment Lighting to reach the sales and margin targets and keep the R&D budgets in accordance with the short, medium and long-term targets
  • Monitoring market, customer and competitive developments

Your qualities are

  • University degree in engineering, business management or comparable qualification
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in semiconductor engineering, automotive lighting or electronics, field application engineering or related areas
  • Know-how in embedded systems, application development or sales of semiconductor products
  • Willingness to innovate, reliability and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to perform and travel
  • Good German language skills and fluent in English
